Accessing and Reading Transaction History
Transaction history appears in your account dashboard under the "Account" or "Activity" section—exact naming depends on your account interface, but the feature is always available once you log in. Click the transaction history or activity log link, and your account loads the most recent 20 transactions in reverse chronological order (newest first). We display each transaction with its date, time (Jakarta timezone), type, amount, and resulting account balance. If you need to review older transactions, scroll down to load more entries or use the date-range filter to jump to a specific month or year.
Transaction history serves as your personal audit trail—every action that affects your balance appears here with timestamps and payment details so you maintain full visibility into your account.
Transaction Types and What They Mean
Your transaction history shows several distinct types of entries. Deposits are funds you've added to your account through e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking transfers. These entries display the payment method, amount received, and exact time the funds arrived. Withdrawals are funds you've requested back to your original payment method; these show the request date, processing status (pending, processed, or rejected), and final amount. Game wagers appear as deductions when you play slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), live-dealer tables, or sportsbook markets. Game wins appear as deposits when you win money from games. Daily bonuses, tournament winnings, and promotional credits show separately so you can distinguish earned funds from personal deposits.
- Pending
- A transaction we've recorded but the payment partner hasn't processed yet. Deposits and withdrawals remain pending while in transit between your bank and local payment4d.
- Processed
- A transaction that has completed and your balance has been updated. Your account balance reflects processed transactions immediately.
- Rejected
- A transaction that failed—often due to insufficient funds, invalid payment method, or security hold. We explain the reason in the transaction notes.
When you play a slot game session, transaction history combines all wagers and wins from that session into one or more entries depending on session length and game type. Live-dealer tables often create individual transaction entries for each hand or game round. Sportsbook entries show the market type (Liga 1 fixture, MotoGP race, or esports match) and the bet outcome (pending, won, lost). Understanding these distinctions helps you map your transaction history to your actual gameplay.

Searching, Filtering, and Downloading Records
Most transaction history interfaces let you filter by date range, transaction type, and payment method. If you're looking for a specific deposit via online payment from last month, select the date range, filter by deposit type, and narrow to e-wallet payments. Our system then displays only matching transactions. You can also search by amount—useful if you remember how much you deposited but not the exact date. Searching by description (e.g., "Aviator" or "Sweet Bonanza") returns all game sessions for that slot title.
For personal recordkeeping or tax purposes, you can download your full transaction history as a CSV or PDF file. This export includes all transactions for your requested date range, formatted for spreadsheet or document use. Downloads are available immediately and can be requested multiple times without limit. During major tournament events tied to Liga 1 or Piala AFF fixtures, or around holidays like Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, transaction volumes spike and downloads may process slightly slower—typically within subject to verification rather than instantly.
Keeping personal copies of your transaction history protects you if disputes arise; we recommend downloading records monthly and storing them securely.
Delays, Reversals, and Disputed Transactions
Deposits typically appear in your transaction history instantly, but the actual funds may take hours to settle depending on your payment partner. A local payment or online payment deposit shows in history within seconds of submission, but bank transfers via e-wallet or mobile banking may show as pending for 2-4 hours while the bank processes the transfer. We display this status clearly in history, so you can distinguish between "recorded but not yet settled" and "fully available for play."
Withdrawals process similarly—we record your request in history immediately, but the actual funds take time to reach your payment method. Bank transfers usually clear within 24 hours; wallet-based withdrawals to local payment or online payment typically complete within 2-4 hours. If a withdrawal has been pending for longer than expected, our support team can investigate. We process withdrawals in the order received, so during high-traffic periods (like Idul Fitri bonus tournaments), queue times extend. Transaction history shows your position in queue when applicable.
If you spot a transaction in history that you didn't authorize, contact our support team immediately with the transaction ID (visible in history details). We can freeze your account, investigate the transaction, and process reversals if fraud is confirmed. Do not attempt to reverse transactions yourself—our support team handles all disputes with proper verification and documentation.
We staff support across multiple timezones to assist with transaction questions. If history shows a transaction you don't recognize or a withdrawal hasn't arrived after expected delays, we investigate without charging investigation fees.
