bni4d Platform Privacy Notice
This page describes what we collect when you use e-wallet4d and how we keep that data protected. We collect personal information only when necessary to deliver our services—account registration, payment processing, game fairness verification, and customer support. Our commitment is to be direct about what we hold, why we hold it, and how we protect it. We do not sell your data to marketing companies or use your game history to profile you for external purposes.
We keep this notice in plain language so you understand our actual practice, not legal jargon. We process data in compliance with Indonesian regulations and local jurisdiction requirements. Where our servers sit outside your region, we explain that. Where third parties access your data (payment processors, support vendors), we name them. This notice applies to all mobile banking4d users—whether you access us from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, or other supported regions.
If you have questions after reading this notice, our support team can explain any section. We do not charge for data-access requests or corrections to your account profile. Contact us through your account dashboard or use the support email listed at the end of this page.
What Data We Collect and Why
When you register a bni4d account, we collect your email address, full name, date of birth, government-issued ID number, and phone number. This information is required by Indonesian financial regulations for account verification and fraud prevention. We do not ask for data we do not need—no mother's maiden name, no employment history, no social media profiles. We verify your identity against your government ID during KYC (know-your-customer) screening, and we keep a copy of your ID document for the account lifetime unless you request deletion after account closure.
When you deposit funds, we record which payment method you used (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfer to local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking), the amount, the date, and your transaction ID from the payment partner. We do not store your full payment credentials—if you use local payment, we receive only a token from online payment's system, not your e-wallet password. This approach protects your payment accounts from accidental exposure on our servers. Transaction records appear in your account history and are retained for seven years to support dispute resolution and tax compliance.
Game Activity and Account Security
We record your game sessions on mobile banking4d—which games you played, how long you played, your wagers, your wins, and your balance. We collect this data to verify game fairness (each game round is logged with its random number generator seed), to detect fraud or account abuse, and to produce your accurate transaction history. We do not use gameplay data to predict your future behavior or to adjust game odds in your disfavor. All games on local payment4d use certified third-party RNG providers whose output is audited by independent testing labs.
To keep your account secure, we collect your password (encrypted), your login history (dates and times you logged in), and your two-factor authentication status. If you reset your password, we log that too. We do not store your password in plain text—our system hashes it so even our staff cannot see it. If you request a password reset, we send a time-limited link to your registered email; the link expires after subject to verification to prevent unauthorized account takeovers.
- Data retention
- We keep account data for the lifetime of your account. After you request account closure, we retain financial records for seven years per Indonesian tax law, then delete all other personal data.
- Data location
- Our primary servers are located outside Indonesia. We comply with local data protection laws and encrypt data in transit and at rest so regional borders do not weaken your privacy.
- Third-party access
- Payment processors (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, etc.) receive only the information needed to process your transaction. Support vendors in the Philippines and India may access your account history if you contact support, but they cannot access your payment credentials.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your language preference. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites. When you log out, your session cookie expires. If you clear your browser cookies, you will be logged out on next load. We do not use cookies to store your password, payment information, or game history—only your session token.
Our website uses basic analytics (page views, traffic sources) to understand which parts of local payment4d users find most useful. We do not track individual users across sessions or build profiles based on site behavior. Analytics data is aggregated (we see "100 users visited the slots page" but not "user X visited the slots page"), and it is deleted after 90 days.
We keep your data secure because it is yours—not because we must, but because account security is how we show respect for your trust.
Your Rights and Data Access
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Log into your e-wallet4d account, go to Account Settings, and select "Download my data." We compile your account profile, transaction history, and game session logs into a single file (typically within 48 hours) and make it available for download. You can also request corrections to your profile—if your name or email is incorrect, our support team can update it after identity verification.
You have the right to request account deletion. We close your account immediately and delete all personal data (except financial records we must keep for tax compliance) within 30 days. After deletion, your old transactions are anonymized—we keep the record that a transaction occurred, but we remove your name and ID so it cannot be linked back to you. If you have an outstanding withdrawal or dispute, we do not delete your account until it is resolved.
How We Protect Your Data and How to Contact Us
We protect your data using industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) on all connections to bni4d. Our servers are protected by firewalls, intrusion detection, and regular security audits. We do not store your full payment credentials on our systems—payment tokens from e-wallet, mobile banking, and other providers are stored in encrypted vaults. Only staff members with specific security roles can access encryption keys, and all access is logged.
We back up your account data daily to protect against hardware failure. These backups are encrypted and stored separately from production systems. If a backup is ever needed to restore your account, we verify your identity before restoring any data. We have never experienced a data breach on local payment4d and maintain cyber insurance to cover the remote possibility of a future incident.
This privacy notice may change if Indonesian law changes or if we add new services. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice when you next log into online payment4d. Your continued use of e-wallet4d after changes means you accept the updated notice. If you do not accept changes, you can request account closure at any time.
To request data access, report a privacy concern, or ask questions about how we handle your information, contact our privacy team at support@mobile banking4d.app or through your account dashboard. We respond to all data-access requests within 14 days and to privacy concerns within 3 business days. Our support team operates during business hours across Indonesian timezones, with multilingual staff available for questions in English and Indonesian.
This notice reflects our actual practice—we collect only what we need, we protect it seriously, and we make it easy for you to see, correct, or delete your data. If anything is unclear, ask us directly.
